Personalised Outdoor Sports and Travel Product Samples

Cubic Promote, an Australian owned and operated company, has a team of experienced graphic designers that will create a digital proof of your promotional outdoor product with your logo. This is what we call a virtual mock-up. We will provide this to you before we start the production to ensure that you’re satisfied with the look and placement of your logo on the outdoor product. This is free of charge.

If a virtual mock-up isn’t enough, Cubic Promote offers a physical sample or a pre-production sample. A physical sample is only a generic promotional product without your design, which is chared at the cost of delivery (+ product for items over $10 in value). Alternatively, a pre- production sample includes your brand’s logo on it. Please note that we charge for physical samples starting at $90.

Of course, a virtual mock-up is impossible without the logo design itself, and this should come from you. You’ll be required to submit a draft of your logo decoration saved in PDF, EPS, or Adobe Illustrator AI format with vector lines. However, if you don’t have access to any of these file types, you may send a PNG, JPG, or GIF file, and our design team will adjust it according to the correct format at an extra charge.

Here at Cubic Promote, we always go above and beyond our customers’ expectations to make them happy. We only sell and source promotional products of superior quality. But just in case you’ve received a promotional outdoor product with damage or poor quality, please don’t hesitate to request a replacement.

We also use state-of-the-art printing equipment to make sure your brand logo stands out on each product. But if the print quality doesn't meet your expectations, we will assess the affected products and provide replacements immediately. That’s our promise to you. Our team is only a ring away to help you if you encounter some hitches.
