Client: Telstra Store – part of Telstra, Australia’s largest mobile network, keeping Australians connected across cities, towns, and regional areas.

What was ordered? 500 volleyballs featuring the Telstra Store logo.

Purpose? To hand out as giveaways during a summer event that Telstra sponsored on the Queensland coast.

How were the volleyballs used?

The Telstra Store participated in a local outdoor festival that drew families, sports fans, and beachgoers for a day of fun. To give back to the community, the team handed out Telstra-branded volleyballs to people who stopped by their area.

In the event photos, these volleyballs were spotted everywhere with kids playing. They were easy to spot and perfect for the sunny weather that day. Many took them home afterwards. They even continued to use these balls to play on the beach and on the park lawns.

It was a simple idea that worked well — people loved the gift, it fit perfectly with the relaxed outdoor vibe, and it helped Telstra stay front of mind with locals long after the event ended.
