Client: Barnardos Australia – one of the country’s leading child protection charities, supporting vulnerable children and families through early intervention, casework, and out-of-home care. Their new internal CRM platform, B-Hive, helps caseworkers streamline information and improve outcomes for the families they support.

What was ordered? 750 branded sticky note pads featuring the B-Hive name and design.

Purpose? To support caseworkers and teams during training sessions and daily use of the new B-Hive system.

How were the sticky notes used?

Barnardos Australia ordered 750 custom sticky note pads to accompany the rollout of their B-Hive Practice Team platform. As staff across the organisation began training on the new CRM, notes were included in onboarding packs and used during workshops, allowing caseworkers to jot down quick reminders, system tips, or follow-up tasks.

Each pad carried the B-Hive branding, keeping the new platform front of mind as teams familiarised themselves with the updated workflows. Caseworkers used the notes at their desks, during home visits, and in team meetings — a handy tool for keeping track of information in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

The sticky notes became a simple but meaningful part of the transition to the new system, offering something practical that supported caseworkers while reinforcing the identity of B-Hive across the organisation.

This small addition helped Barnardos create a smoother, more connected onboarding experience as they introduced a platform designed to improve the lives of the children and families they serve. Visit Barnardos Australia.
