Client: Blacktown City Council – the local government authority for one of Western Sydney’s most diverse and rapidly growing regions, located approximately 35 kilometres west of Sydney’s CBD.

What was ordered? 500 branded notebooks featuring the Blacktown City Council logo.

Purpose? To provide to staff and distribute at community meetings and official council events.

How were the notebooks used?

Their team ordered 500 custom notebooks to support its internal teams and community engagement initiatives. The notebooks were given to staff for daily use in meetings and planning sessions, and also distributed to attendees during local forums, workshops, and public consultations.

Each notebook featured the Council’s logo. The notebooks became a simple yet effective tool for both staff and community representatives — useful for note-taking and planning while keeping the Council’s branding visible across local events.
