Client: Synergy Radiology – a leading provider of medical imaging services across Sydney, offering MRI, CT, ultrasound, X-ray and more through its network of modern clinics.

What was ordered? 850 branded sticky note pads printed with the Synergy Radiology logo, website, and phone number.

Purpose? To support patient communication and streamline everyday admin across their clinics.

How were the sticky notes used?

Synergy Radiology ordered 850 custom sticky note pads to supply their reception desks, reporting rooms, consulting areas, and patient waiting zones. The pads featured the clinic’s logo, web address, and main contact number, making it easy for patients to find the details they needed for follow-up appointments or report collections.

Front-of-house teams used the notes to jot down appointment reminders, preparation instructions, or quick directions to nearby imaging sites. Radiologists and sonographers also used them during case discussions and internal handovers.

Patients appreciated being able to take home a clear reminder — something simple they could stick on the fridge or keep in their diary.
