The Home Interaction Program for Parents and Youngsters (HIPPY), based in Tamworth, is a fun and free program dedicated to helping learners below 2 years old. For a series of local workshops they will host that quarter, they wanted to give out something the kids will love. So they ordered 3,000 38 x 38mm custom-branded temporary tattoos printed with the HIPPY program’s logo. During various family-friendly events, local parenting workshops, and community days, the tattoos were distributed to attendees.
