Client: Westin Hotels & Resorts Australia – part of the world-renowned Westin brand, known for its focus on wellness, comfort, and premium guest experiences.

What was ordered? 900 custom fold-out cubes printed with the Westin Hotels & Resorts text and design.

Purpose? To create an interactive and memorable branded item for guests to enjoy and take home.

How were the fold-out cubes used?

Westin Hotels & Resorts introduced the fold-out cubes as a playful, hands-on item for guests staying at their Australian properties. Each one was fully printed with Westin’s logo, imagery, and design patterns that reflected the brand’s calm and modern aesthetic.

The cubes were placed at the reception desk, in lounges, and inside select guest rooms as part of the turndown service. Guests could pick one up, unfold and reassemble it, revealing different Westin messages and imagery as they played. The guests took these cubes as a keepsake of their stay at the hotel. Because these cubes are fun and tactile, the adults and kids had a lot of fun trying them out. These custom fold-out cubes added a touch of creativity to the guest experience while subtly reinforcing the Westin brand in an interactive, thoughtful, and distinctly memorable way.
