Here at Cubic Promote getting your products to you in a timely and secure manner is important to us, which is why we use local courier services to deliver your bulk goods direct to your door. However, due to the Christmas period and international logistics network strain, many Aussie courier companies are experiencing slower-than-usual delivery time frames.
What Does This Mean for Your Orders?
The Cubic team remains dedicated to providing you with excellent customer service during this busy time. So if there are any issues with courier services that we are aware of, we will try our best to use alternative services. If your order is held up after despatch from our warehouses unfortunately there is nothing that we can do to speed up delivery, but we do promise to keep you informed of your order's status and we will remain in touch with the courier regularly to ensure that we have as much information on hand as possible. Please be patient with our staff during the holiday season, they want nothing more than to get your order to you as normal and are here to help as much as they can.
Why Might My Delivery Be Delayed?
Courier delays can be caused by a number of reasons including the increased usage of their services during the holidays, low staff numbers due to COVID, heavy traffic, and overall slower international freight (such as hold ups in customs thanks to a combo of the holidays and COVID). We speak with courier services regularly to confirm their current expected delivery time frame to your location and we relay this information to you. However, projected delivery times can change (especially during the busiest season of the year) and while we will advise you of any changes, unfortunately we cannot make deliveries happen faster as they are being handled by a third party service.
What We Promise You
Here at Cubic Promote we promise to be open with you about any potential delivery delays. If you have an urgent time frame and there is the possibility of your order running late thanks to courier delays then we will tell you. It is important to us that you make informed choices about your order and if we can't reasonably meet a deadline, we will always let you know in advance if we can. However, sometimes things happen outside of our control with deliveries and all we can do is work with you and the courier service to ensure an agreeable outcome is reached.
Above all else, we want to encourage you to speak with our customer care team should you have any concerns about a future or current order.
