Creativity knows no bounds. Today’s blog explores a fun and imaginative question that pushes the limits of what’s possible in promotional products. What if money was no object? If you could create anything your heart desire, what would it be? To make this discussion even more exciting, I asked several of our creative directors the same question. Their responses were as creative as you might expect! Let’s explore their vision and see how far we can stretch the boundaries of promotional products.
Swami’s Dream: The Branded Hoverboard
The first person I tapped into was Swami, one of our Creative Directors. His response was an idea that stemmed from childhood nostalgia — a branded hoverboard. Yes, you read tha right. Swami envisions a hoverboard similar to the one featured in the iconic movie Back to the Future, but with a promotional twist.
The Idea:
Imagine a hoverboard that floats above the ground, with sleek LED lights and your brand’s logo projected onto the ground beneath it, just like the Range Rover logo that lights up when you open the car door. This product is the ultimate blend of futuristic technology and creative branding for Swami. If he had the budget and technology to create a branded hoverboard, he believes it would be the perfect promotional product. Not only would it look incredible, but it would also become a highly memorable item for any event or brand activation.

Wendy’s Vision: Co-Branding with Laboo
Next up, I spoke to Wendy, our General Manager and Creative Director. Wendy brought a unique idea to the table, blending the world of pop culture with custom-branding. She would create a collaboration with Bubu, a hit cartoon character currently making waves in the market.
The Idea:
Labubu is a popular toy mascot that has become a collectable sensation. Wendy’s idea involves co-branding with Laboo to create a limited-edition product line. These items wouldn’t just be throwaway promotional products, but collectables valued for their rarity and exclusive designs.
By collaborating with Laboo, Wendy believes that brands would receive approval from a massive fanbase, driving long-term brand recognition.

Anil’s Bold Vision: The Air Force Gupta
Finally, I enjoyed speaking with Anil, our Creative Account Director. His vision for a promotional product was extraordinary —an Air Force One-style private jet named Air Force Gupta, complete with a client’s logo on the plane’s underside. This aircraft can even fly to the moon.
The Idea:
Anil took the concept of promotional products to new heights—quite literally. He envisioned a private jet that could not only travel around the world but also fly to the moon. He also imagined a plane with hoverboard technology built into it, where the hoverboards would fly out of the plane during certain events.
For Anil, this extravagant idea is more than just a fantasy; it symbolises the ultimate marketing power. The client’s logo would be proudly displayed on the bottom of the jet, soaring across the skies, making it an unforgettable way to get brand exposure.

Is it Feasible? A Reality Check
After hearing from Swami, Wendy, and Anil, I asked our expert team member Sheah, to provide a reality check. Is it possible to create these products using current technology?
Hoverboard? – No
While Back to the Future fans will love the idea of a branded hoverboard, hoverboard technology isn’t quite ready for mainstream use yet. The concept remains unfeasible with current technology, though it may not be entirely out of reach in the Future. The legalities around licensing, like the Universal Pictures brand, would also be a big hurdle.
Co-Branding with Labubu? – Yes
On the other hand, Wendy’s idea of co-branding with Labubu is highly feasible. Labubu’s popularity in Western culture has increased demand for limited-edition, collectable merchandise. Wendy’s idea of combining the Labubu character with a client’s brand for promotional products is a great way to merge pop culture with custom branding — and it’s doable.
Air Force Gupta – No (but!!!)
As for Anil’s presidential jet concept — while it’s a fantastic idea in theory, flying to the moon with a private jet is beyond the realm of possibility, at least with current aviation technology. It’s fun to dream big, but we’ll have to leave the moon flights to Elon Musk for now. However, regarding brand exposure via unique promotional products, using a private jet as a high-end branding platform is an interesting concept for the ultra-elite. It just “might be possible.”
