About the Club

Brothers Leagues Club is a popular Ipswich community venue, offering dining, entertainment, and event spaces with strong local involvement.

The Requirement

As Christmas approached, Brothers Leagues Club wanted staff uniforms that felt festive but still looked professional on the job.

The challenge was to balance something fun and seasonal with the standards expected in a customer-facing environment. The tees needed to be comfortable for long shifts and consistent across different staff roles.

What They Ordered

They ordered 420 custom Christmas t-shirts that matched the club’s branding and added a festive touch. The design was simple and easy to wear, so the staff looked coordinated but not too casual. The shirts were set to arrive before December, giving plenty of time to hand them out to all teams before the busy holiday season.

How the Tees Were Used

Staff wore the shirts during the Christmas season in several areas:

  • Dining and bar service areas
  • Events and functions
  • General floor operations during peak hours

The tees helped strengthen the staff’s team identity and created a more inviting, festive experience for club members and guests during the busy holiday period.

The Result

The new shirts helped staff look sharp and added to the festive atmosphere at events:

  • Delivered ahead of the December schedule, allowing smooth preparation
  • Positive feedback from staff on comfort and fit during long shifts
  • Helped create a festive environment without losing a professional appearance

By selecting a simple, well-designed uniform, Brothers Leagues Club not only unified their team but also enhanced the club’s festive experience, making the event season more welcoming for guests and staff alike.
