YT Parksong Australia Holdings

Qubo Lee from YT Parksong Australia Holdings ordered branded metal pens as part of the company’s stationery range. As an Australian mining investment company, YT Parksong works in a space where meetings, reports, investment discussions and plenty of paperwork are part of the day-to-day. So they ordered 1,500 pieces to keep plenty in stock in case other departments need more pens for daily work.

Why Pens Still Pull Their Weight
Stationery might not be the flashiest merch category, but pens have stuck around for a reason. In fact, they’re one of our best-selling items from the last financial year. They’re easy to hand out, useful straight away, and tend to move between desks, meeting rooms, and work bags. For YT Parksong, metal pens offered:
- More everyday visibility because the branding stays in someone’s hand during notes, meetings and sign-offs,
- A more premium feel than a basic plastic pen, which suited the investment setting,
- An easy distribution across meetings, offices or corporate packs, and
- Longer usefulness with a product people already know how to use.
This was backed by ASI’s 2026 study, which found that 88% of people would keep a promotional writing instrument because it was useful, while 64% said they would use one every day. The same research estimated the average cost per impression at just one-tenth of a cent.
Feedback we got from them
They were happy that we delivered the pens on time. Their team was also grateful for the 100AUD discount we secured. Because they ordered 1,500 pieces, we were able to lower the per-unit cost and reduce what they paid for the 1,500 pieces.
For YT Parksong, the metal pens could sit naturally in meetings and day-to-day office work while keeping the company name visible in a pretty low-key way.
