Recently, we had the pleasure of working with ISS, a Sydney-based leader in creating positive and productive workplace environments. As part of their effort to foster a welcoming atmosphere for both clients and employees, ISS decided to enhance their office experience with a thoughtful promotional giveaway. They ordered 1,500 custom-branded M&Ms, each featuring their logo, to be given away during meetings. These branded treats were strategically placed at the entrance alongside brochures, ensuring clients received a sweet greeting upon arrival. Employees also took advantage of the M&Ms, enjoying a quick break during their busy workdays.

Results:

• 7% improvement in employee satisfaction, based on the client’s internal surveys about office morale and the enjoyment of the treats.

With these small but thoughtful giveaways, ISS successfully strengthened relationships with both clients and employees, reinforcing its brand as one that values positivity and engagement in the workplace.
