Promotional medals from Cubic Promote are plated metals, so we recommend wiping them down with a microfibre cloth first to remove any surface dust. If you still find marks you'd like to remove, plain water washing with a damp cloth is an excellent way to remove most remaining superficial grime. We do not recommend using abrasive chemical cleaners on plated medals, so if you find you have a mark that won't come off, speak to our team about the best method for your exact stain, and we'll assist you.
