All our promotional garments are stocked here in Australia, allowing for faster turnaround times. Typically, the general turnaround time is 2 weeks. However, for larger orders or out-of-stock products, the turnaround time may extend to 4 to 9 weeks.

When it comes to pricing, the listed prices on our website include embroidery of your logo with a maximum of 8000 stitch counts. If your logo requires a larger embroidery, there may be an additional cost. Please keep in mind that the size of the branding may vary depending on the size of your logo.

To ensure proper branding artwork, we require art formats in either Adobe EPS or Adobe PDF with saved vector outlines. Unfortunately, Jpegs are generally not acceptable. However, if needed, we can provide artwork redraw services for a small hourly fee, with most logos costing $45. Please keep in mind that some complex logos may incur a slightly higher cost.
Lastly, we offer the option of screen printing, although it is generally not recommended. Screen printing does provide a larger print area if that is a priority for you.
