Ethical Sourcing Policy
Last Updated: 2 April 2025
We at Cubic Promote believe that our sourcing decisions matter. That’s why we crafted an ethical sourcing policy that prioritises the people & planet, when building relationships with every supplier.
Our Position on Ethical Procurement
Ethics isn’t just a value we discuss—it’s a standard we expect every supplier to meet. From labour conditions to environmental care, this ethical sourcing policy outlines our commitment to responsibly sourcing and ensuring that every partner upholds these expectations. This commitment is anchored on our broader business values, which are reflected in our memberships. This includes affiliations with organisations that advocate for transparency, sustainable sourcing, and corporate responsibility.
The Standards We Expect
Our ethical sourcing policy is guided by our core principles such as:

1. Legal Compliance: We ensure that our sourcing processes comply with local and international laws. This commitment to legal integrity is further supported by the terms outlined in our legal disclaimer.
2. Labour Rights: Suppliers must guarantee that they implement labour rights accordingly. This includes fair wages, safe working conditions, reasonable hours, and freedom from forced or child labour.
3. Workplace Safety: Health and safety standards must always be upheld. Environments must be clean, safe, and equipped to support the well-being of all production staff.
4. Environmental Stewardship: We expect our partners to adopt eco-conscious practices that minimise waste and reduce harm. This aligns with initiatives outlined in our environmental policy, reinforcing a shared responsibility for environmental preservation.
5. Ethical Conduct: Our suppliers operate with integrity by maintaining transparency, fairness, and respect in every transaction.
How We Evaluate Suppliers
We evaluate our suppliers not only based on their capabilities but also on their values. We choose suppliers that align with our values, which is why we base our standards on clear sourcing criteria.
These criteria include written policies, third-party audits, and environmental impact reports. But if the supplier falls short on these aspects, we don’t just turn our backs on them. We work with them to correct the issue and reevaluate the partnership entirely.
Reporting and Transparency
Transparency is what earns trust in businesses. Cubic Promote ensures we report regularly on our progress, including challenges and the steps we’re taking to address them. We also welcome feedback and reporting from employees, clients, and suppliers.
Our team conducts surprise audits each year across a sample of supplier relationships. These checks are essential in upholding the standards we’ve outlined in our ethical sourcing poliyc and ensuring they’re more than words on paper.
