We send custom branded t-shirts via reliable third-party courier services such as TNT, Allied Express, and Startrack. Warehouse pick up is also an option upon request if you live near any of our factories or warehouses as a form of collection for your custom shirts. Visual T-shirt Samples

The experienced graphic design team at Cubic Promote will add your logo to a virtual tee shirt image so you can see how your branded shirts will look before t shirt printing. We call this a virtual mock-up, and it is a great way to preview the final product of your custom printed t-shirts. Drop us an email with your vectorised logo file to take advantage of this obligation-free virtual design before the custom t shirt printing process begins.

Physical Tee Shirt Samples

If you would like to check out one of our custom shirts in real life then we can send you a physical sample so you can visualise how your own t shirts would look before printing a custom message or logo on them. If you're interested in feeling the fabric of the shirts for yourself or ensuring the colour suits your brand in person, grabbing one of these unbranded samples may be a good idea. Remember that these basic physical samples will not feature your custom decoration. These samples are supplied at the cost of delivery (for items valued under $10).

Pre-Production Samples

If you would like a physical sample of your custom t-shirts which includes your logo decoration before placing a full order, we recommend using our pre-production sample option. For a $90 cost price, we will provide a sample of the personalised t-shirt you're after with your vibrant logo design printed on it. Because of the sampling cost, branded t-shirt samples are usually only suggested for very large or complex orders that must meet very strict specifications.

Artwork for Branding

We ask that you submit your logo for branding in .EPS, .AI, or .PDF format with vectorised outlines. If you do not have your file available with vectorised outlines or only have a .JPG or .PNG our design team can adjust your logo into the correct format for a one off $25 conversion fee.

Here at Cubic Promote, we aim to produce high-quality custom t-shirts every time. However, if you receive custom printed t-shirts from us that are damaged or below an acceptable level of quality, we will replace them for you.

Sizing for Unisex, Male and Female Promo Shirts

Our range of custom t-shirts made in Australia can be supplied in three main sizing options. The first and most popular option is the unisex fit. These t-shirts boast a loose, casual fit suited to all body types and sexes. Unisex shirts are a great choice if you're looking to supply custom t-shirts to a diverse range of people.

The second sizing option is for female fitted custom printed t-shirts. These shirts have more of a stretch to them and taper at the chest to accommodate the bust. Ladies fitted branded t-shirts are great if you're organising tops for women's athletic events or if your team is primarily comprised of women wanting a slim fit top.

The third option for sizing is for men's fitted custom t-shirts. They offer a comfortable fit for the broader male body shape and have a streamlined, loose chest area. Caring for Cotton and Polyester Promo Tees

Polyester cool dry shirts are the best t-shirt for durability. Their colour does not fade as easily and they are easy to care for. If you are washing colourful polyester t-shirts then you don't even need to separate them from your white clothes as they are colour fast aswell as moisture wicking and can come in both a short sleeve and long sleeve design.

Cotton t-shirts, on the other hand, will fade over time. The best way to preserve the material and the print colour is to turn them inside out when washing and preferably use a washing bag at the same time. You will also need to separate whites from colours when washing these shirts, as they are not colour fast. For stains, we recommend using adding half a cup of baking powder to your laundry. It will result in brighter colours with each and every wash and ensure you can continue to wear custom and own t shirt designs for years to come!
