We've all seen them, and it happens in every language. Common phrases directly translated and then not making any sense, or perhaps making very clear but rude sense. These hilarious t-shirts are additionally heightened by the inappropriate people who wear them. Below is a compiled list of our favorites...I couldn't bring myself to post any rude ones, so the list is 100% PG.

Wishyouwerebeer

1. Wish you Were Here.... or beer?

This cute little munchkin is wearing a shirt that is very age inappropriate which is perhaps what makes it funny.

The Slogan itself, may not be badly translated but more of a pun or play on words. Clearly the parents didn't understand...

Hilarity Rating: 8/10

2.  You make me feel like dancing....

You make me feel like dancing

What seems like a combination of at least two 80s hits gone so so wrong. What a nightmare!

Hilarity Rating: 5/10

2. Just Wow...

Wow where did that translation come from

The origin of what this sentence was meant to be is unfathomable. Some kind of warning I think we can gather that but otherwise.... the text is grammatically incorrect, not English and doesn't make any sense!

Hilarity Rating: 8/10

4. Age Inappropriate !

Probably not age appropriate

Again, grammatically correct but clearly this young girls parents had no idea what the meaning was. What even more hilarious is the t-shirt seems to have been made in children's sizing - making it clear that the manufacturer also didn't understand the saying!

Hilarity Rating: 7/10

5. Unreachable expectations

ScreenHunter_2791 May. 31 12.34

Clearly the t-shirt is meant to say "Become More" but somewhere along the way the translation became "Become Door". Not only an unreasonable goal, but also rather something you wouldn't want to become!!

Hilarity Rating: 6/10

6. One can only imagine..

makingzerosense

What this was meant to say is pretty hard to decipher. Perhaps some bible verse? Either way it makes absolutely no sense!! The most hilarious part is the security tag - as if someone would try and take this train wreck of a t-shirt!

Hilarity Rating: 5/10

7. This guy... LEGEND

Let the haters hate

One word for this old chap if he understands it - Player! The t-shirt makes sense but the person wearing it probably doesn't understand the connotations. Personally we think he's pretty gangster.

Hilarity rating: 9/10

8. Money is....what!?

Money Not Not

Trying to come up with what this came from is a challenge. Who knows? Money makes the world go round? Money isn't everything?

All I  know is this t-shirt is worth $0 !

Hilarity Rating: 7/10

Morale of the story? Don't use internet translator to translate phrases! The translation will always be wrong and especially as English phrases and sayings after often puns or plays on words. Let's not make the same mistakes people!! Order your custom printed t-shirts here.
