Obviously, while we're in the middle of a once-in-a-generation pandemic the status of things can change quickly. One thing that hasn't changed in 2020 is our commitment to the Australian consumers who support Cubic Promote, which is why we want to clarify where things are up to with regard to production and promotional merchandise availability.

Hand Sanitisers Are Being Produced With a 4-5 Turnaround Time

We are working our butts off to get promotional hand sanitisers to consumers Australia-wide, but there is a very large number of orders and we have to ensure the factory meets the highest health and safety standards during this period of social distancing, so the production period is longer than usual.

While we would love to get them out even faster, we won't compromise product quality and staff safety for speed. If we can secure stock any faster we will let you know. Thank you for understanding -- the Cubic team is still accepting new orders for sanitisers too, so don't hesitate to contact us for pricing!

All New Zealand Stock is Delayed

As you may know, some of our stock comes from New Zealand and while normally that allows for a convenient 2-week production timeframe, the New Zealand Government has announced a countrywide lockdown which means from midnight Wednesday, March 25th, we will not be able to dispatch any stock from our New Zealand warehouse.

At this stage, we do not know how long it will take before we can start branding and dispatching items from across the ditch, but we're looking at approximately 4 weeks. Please speak with your sales representative if you are concerned this may impact you, but generally speaking, we have been accessing stock here in Australia for most orders since the outbreak first began, so it should not delay the orders of many clients.

We Are Still Working -- Sales and Production Teams

The Cubic Promote sales team is currently working from home, operating during our standard 9-5 business hours. You can call 1300 858 288 and speak to one of our experienced team members or simply enquire via our online forms and we'll be in touch within the hour as normal.

Similarly, our production team is still branding products in bulk and we are accepting new orders as usual, couriers are delivering orders too. The one key difference is we have taken all recommended protective measures to ensure our team remains safe and healthy in the current climate. Things Are Subject to Change

This is where production stands right now, however, everything is subject to change as events unfold. Each day is different from the last and it is very difficult to predict how things may pan out from one week to the next.
