  2. Capturing Colour

For those with an eye for design, or fashion, or art, or maybe even just colour, there’s probably been many times in life where you’ve come across a shade or hue that you simply had to have. A cool blue? A vibrant yellow? A brilliant red? Of course, it’s easier said than done when there are just so many shades out there, each with a different name. How are you supposed to get that exact shade of colour?

    • The CKIE Cube revolutionizes color capture and replication for artists and designers.
    • It enables users to build a personalized color palette through scanning and smart device integration.
    • The Cube ensures accurate color matching, benefiting branding and creative projects.

That exact hue? Are you supposed to memorise it?  Hit the colour charts and flip through hundreds of pages? Try to vainly describe the colour to a baffled paint salesman?  It’s quite a laborious

  3. Custom Glass Bottle Creations

Maintaining an environmentally friendly attitude when drinking alcohol generally isn’t something we think about too much. It certainly isn’t top of my list of priorities when I am having a group of friends over for beers. But now, not only is reusing our rubbish good for the environment but its also pretty fashionable.

    • Promotional glass bottles are eco-friendly and contribute to waste reduction.
    • These bottles offer customisation options that enhance brand recognition and distinguish companies from competitors.
    • Promotional glass bottles work well for events, giveaways, and as premium corporate gifts.

    Transforming Empty Glass Bottles

We’ve all been to those hipster cafes that are decorated with old glass bottles and jars. I will admit that from time to time I roll my eyes at these ‘hipster’ establishments, but sometimes the

  4. Classy Corporate Branding Ideas

The way a company brand is viewed by its public is of the up most importance. There are very few companies out there that can rely on their product, service or good name to get them by, without having to worry about their brand. Here at Cubic Promote we appreciate great branding and the following company brand really stood out to me.

    Promotional Stationery With Logo Branding

The Yachtsetter is a service that provides yacht and cabin rentals. They also produce bathing suits, shirts and other accessories. They hired studio Anagrama to create their brand identity.

Anagrama sought inspiration from all things nautical. These designs combine elements of sophistication, luxury and enjoyment. Their aim was to create a visual identity that exudes the entertainment and comfort that this company

  5. Snapchat Promotional Toy

If you are 18 years old and under then you probably are using Snapchat. For everyone else (just in case) Snapchat is a messaging App, which enables users to send messages to each other. The key feature is that the messages expire leaving no message history. The popularity of this App is not a doubt. However, this App has yet to generate any revenue as its service is for free. That is until now!

    Snapchat Finally Makes Money

Snapchat now finally is releasing its first product that can actually bring in revenue in the form of this promotional plush toy. This toy is available for retail and is called "Ghostface Chillah," does it sound familiar? Well it is named after the hip-hop group Wu-Tang Clan member Ghostface Killah.

  6. The Transformation of the iTunes Logo

A logo has power. It’s a symbol of the company it represents. It’s an instantly recognisable depiction of the brand. One little logo can make a big impact. Just look at the Nike Swoosh, the Golden Arches of McDonalds, or the Olympic rings.  They're not just a symbol of their brand, they are the brand. So it’s a big deal whenever a logo is altered. Why mess with success right?

Apple, those manufacturers of technology, and for their many Apple devotees, an entire way of life, has long tinkered with their iTunes logo. And for good reason as well, iTunes is one of the cornerstones of the Apple Empire, one the key factors that helped lead the company to the incredible success they’ve found this past decade. Keeping it up to date is important.

  7. 1980's iPhone - How It Started

Apple has been around since 1984, but in many ways, the company didn’t truly hit its stride until the 2000’s. In 2001 they released the iPod and more or less revolutionised the way we buy and enjoy music. In 2007 they released the iPhone, and again they completely changed the way we used phones. Apple’s efforts were highly influential in the adoption of these new ideas. It wasn’t just the technology though. No, it was the style. Style was what sold their products, and style was what made their brand more popular than the competition. There were smartphones and MP3 players before Apple’s products, but none of them managed to do it with the same sort of flair.

    • Apple's innovative products, such as the iPod and iPhone, have revolutionized the way we buy and enjoy music, and how we use phones.
    • The iPhone has gone through numerous technological advancements and design changes since its debut in 2007, from the original

  8. Vivid Sydney Australia 2015

It’s that time of year again. Vivid 2015 is in session, and the City of Sydney is abuzz. As an outdoor festival of light, of colour, of music, Sydney nights are a spectacle to behold. A stunning display on the senses; Vivid more than lives up to its name.

Visitors from all over are attracted, drawn by the brilliant display of light, kind of like moths if you think about it, but that’s a deeply unflattering comparison. I’m sure most, if not all our readers are far more attractive, intelligent and charming than any moth. Probably.  All levity aside, it’s quite an experience, and well worth braving how awful these cold Autumn (and now Winter) nights are.

  9. Smart Casual Essentials for Men: Part 1

Smart casual is a confusing dress code. Women generally get away with their outfit choices but these are trying times for men. In this, the hipster generation, smart casual has reached a new level. I see men dressed up in the most stylish outfits that certainly take a lot more time and money to put together than the original formal outfit. But for others the confusion can get a bit too much and the result ends up being a disastrous combination of a blazer with a pair of sweat pants. There are several things which men must remember when putting together a smart casual outfit but the golden rule is lean more towards the smarter side of things. Fashion is all about not being under dressed. So when in doubt don’t let the casual overpower the smart. I have compiled a two part list of what a smart casual man should wear from top to bottom.

    1. Lean towards smarter clothing choices.
    2. Incorporate blazers and custom-made t-shirts.

  10. Perfecting Your Cup of Tea

The second most consumed beverage in the world is tea. This fact didn’t surprise me. I am from a family of serious tea drinkers. A phrase I often heard growing up was "there’s nothing that can’t be fixed without a good cup of tea."

Recently, however, I have become quite the tea connoisseur and I've realised that once you experience an excellent cup of tea, you will never go back. On that note I have compiled a list of the essentials needed to make the perfect cup of tea.

    Use High Quality Loose Tea

The taste of loose teas are more
