You know the rules to Touch Footy right? It plays much like Rugby League but with a tip instead of a tackle. Well, if you don't here is the full set of rules for touch football (but with a frisbee)

1) There are two opposing teams. Each team comprises of at least 3 people.
2) Game is played on a field with 2 designated end fields. Designate a half way line. You will also need to choose a goal line on both ends of the area.
3) The game begins with two teams. An offensive side and a defensive side. Toss a coin to choose who starts as the attacking team.

4) The aim of the game is for the offensive team to run towards and past the goal line while holding onto a frisbee. Once this occurs, this is called a Try!

The aim for the defensive team is to stop the offensive team from scoring a Try. How this is done, is by running towards the person with the frisbee and tipping them. Once the offensive player is tipped, they must stop and relinquish the frisbee by passing it to the nearest player on their team.

This will occur up until the offensive team has been tipped five times or if they have scored a Try. If either of this scenario occurs, then the offensive team relinquishes the frisbee to the defensive side, and the role of each side is reversed.

You can create your scoring system or time system. Play first team to 5 Tries wins, or the highest score within an allotted time wins.
